Sapper, one of the designers who have been with Alessi for the longest time, the creator of some of the most innovative objects, is in charge of grating cheese for the whole family in his own home. So his inspiration was based on a vast personal experience in this subject and this time he came up with a novelty that will delight consumers of grated cheese. The “Todo” grater has a truncated cone shaft that is exceptionally long and shreds enough cheese to satisfy one serving requirements with just one full stroke.
