The Gräshoppa suspension arose from Greta M. Grossman's original lamp design from 1947, using the exclusive steel lampshade that successfully combines lightness and functionality in a modern and organic character. The whimsical language of design is characteristic of Grossman's pieces and is strongly identified throughout her collection.
